It would’ve been easy to assume that the trophy for Riverwalk Trust‘s Burger Battle on June 4 would be a simple trophy-store special, with a baseball player replaced by a plastic hamburger. Yeah, no.

Instead, the Riverwalk Trust commissioned Tamarac artist George Gadson to create a burger sculpture. His finished work is a hand holding up a burger on its fingertips. It’s a testament to the meaty glory that is the burger.
