With New Times‘ annual Pairings food event just two weeks away, things are getting pretty exciting. The list of participating restaurants has grown pretty large to include places like Steak 954, Sette Bello, and Rock ‘N’ Roll Ribs. I’ve just received a list of dishes that covers what many of these restaurants will be serving, and let me say this: Yum. The list looks enticing, original, and, most important, contains only one slider. Of course, for you slider fans out there, there are still a few restaurants that have yet to put their dishes in ink. So you may get to wade knee-deep in miniburgers after all.
Anyhow, read on after the jump for a list of what many restaurants at Pairings will be cooking up. We’ll fill in any gaps as soon as we find out what’s on the menu.
