The Dubliner is brought to you by the same dude who runs Respectable, so it’s not trying to compete with that other, more-famous institution. In years past, the Dubliner has hired a full band for New Year’s. This year, it’s got eclectic DJ Vinsane spinning at 10 o’clock. Other than that, though, the Dubliner is almost no frills — just the regular menu (which is just fine — the salmon potato pancakes are awesome, and the lamb burger with Stilton is whoa), party favors, and a free champagne toast at midnight. It’s where Boca Ratonians ought to go if they don’t wanna ring in the new year by wading through a mass of drunken revelers.
