Ted Inserra is back at the helm of Suite 100 restaurant at Las Olas Riverfront.
You may recall that Inserra stepped down from his “top chef” position at the waterfront bistro back in March, due to health reasons. Matt Golfin took his place at the helm, but Inserra remained behind the burner, doing what he loves best – making food.
Earlier this week, Inserra, feeling stronger physically, reclaimed his Executive Chef title.
Armed with a new kitchen staff of young chefs, and new owners for Riverwalk who plan to give the largely-vacant dining and entertainment a new lease on life, Inserra is looking forward to the challenge.
Inserra is working to revamp the menu, with more family-friendly options and small plates perfect for the hot summer months ahead.
The restaurant will also shift to summer hours, opening from 11:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Sunday-Wednesday and staying open Thursday – Saturday for lunch, dinner and late night from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 a.m.
What’s staying the same? Popular lunch specials and Chef Ted’s favorite Saturday and Sunday brunch on the river, including the famous monthly Riverwalk Jazz Brunch. And the amazing view.
