Tomorrow, September 18, New Times‘ Pairings gets under way at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. From 7 to 10 p.m., the gorgeous center, fresh off a multi-million dollar remodel, will host South Florida’s best restaurants, all showcasing their finest dishes.
Plus, each dish has been carefully paired with a wine or craft beer by experts for your maximum enjoyment pleasure (because you simply can’t eat your short rib with a diet root beer, now can you?).
