No doubt the web has largely become a collection of sites designed to help you waste time at work, and one of the best out there is Thereifixedit.com. It’s a collection of stuff fixed (poorly) by people who shouldn’t be fixing stuff.
It was hard not to think of the site when I saw the guy in the above photo recently on Third Avenue in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Yes, that’s a plastic jug sitting in for a gas tank, or, as this guy surely told his friends, the cheapest gas tank ever.
