As you can see in this video, Crist is looking mighty confident on the campaign trail. In past public appearances, Crist has tried to finesse the question of how he’s handling the money from Republican donors. But this answer — “I’m keepin’ it!” — works a lot better for him. He can’t possibly piss off Republicans any more, can he? Those votes are already gone to the Rubio column. And besides, however upset the actual donors may be, they’ll come around if Crist gets elected, looking to get a return on their investment by asking him to vote for some favored policy.
